Sustainable Burgers in the Dining Hall

Today at lunch you will have two delicious, healthy and sustainable burger choices. As usual, we will have our 100% grass-fed hamburgers from Lewis Family Farm in Essex, NY. And today for the first time we will be serving the Beyond Burger, a protein-packed plant-based burger with beet-juice “blood” that looks and tastes like a “real” burger. Either way, you can’t go wrong!
