Lindel Hart – September 14, 2015

All classes are free to DA community members.

Power Yoga for ADULTS — starting 9/15
Tuesdays, 6:00-7:00 AM — NEW TIME!
ongoing through the term

Challenge yourself to increase strength, balance and flexibility in this eclectic, fun vinyasa (flow) class. I’ll lead you through a sequence of poses designed to give deep stretching, build core strength and enhance endurance. And speaking of core, be prepared to work those abs! We’re going beyond the usual yoga flow! Some experience with Yoga is recommended. This class is open all adults in the DA community.

Tuesday Community Yoga — starting 9/15
Tuesdays, 5-6 PM
ongoing through the term

In this 60-minute class we’ll practice a variety of poses designed to tone and strengthen the muscles and support healthy joints. A great class for absolute beginners, as well as experienced practitioners, it is open to the entire DA community: students, faculty, staff, spouses and family members.

Sunday Community Yoga — starting 9/20
Sundays, 9:30-11:00 AM
ongoing through the term

This 90-minute class gives participants the chance to explore yoga in a longer class format. The first 45 minutes is a vinyasa (flow) to warm up the body. Then we’ll go deeper into the practice of yoga with a wider variety of poses and a longer relaxation period at the end of class. This class welcomes all levels of experience and is open to the entire DA community: students, faculty, staff, spouses and family members. And if flow is not your thing, come at 10:15 for the second half of the class — more static poses, stretches and relaxation.
