Saving a million…one drop at a time

Last summer the school worked with a water conservation expert to review our water usage. She helped identify strategies that will save both water and money–and make us better stewards of the environment. From dorm laundry equipment to Dining Hall ice machines to shower heads, we have started making changes that will result in saving our first million gallons–that is enough water saved in a year to fill the large swimming pool more than 5 times. That’s a lotta water. Stay tuned for a progress report next fall!
