Once again, Lindel Hart will be offering several yoga classes at DA each week in the Wellness Room, and he is encouraging you to attend! Yoga has great benefits beyond the strengthening and stretching of muscles. It also helps foster relaxation and stress release, more focused concentration and mental clarity, and overall well-being.

Below are the classes offered during the fall term:

Power Yoga for ADULTS — starting 9/17

Challenge yourself to increase strength, balance and flexibility in this eclectic, fun vinyasa (flow) class. I’ll lead you through a sequence of poses designed to give deep stretching, build core strength and enhance endurance. And speaking of core, be prepared to work those abs! Don’t expect just a bunch of Sun Salutations. Were going beyond the usual yoga flow! Some experience with Yoga is recommended. This class is open to all adults in the DA community.
