As I finally developed a routine and some structure into my project, I started to see some really cool results that left me feeling rewarded and eager to venture for more. I was traveling to my local parks and hiking trails to help progress my initiative. Not only this, but I also had finally mastered the very complicated technological piece of this project. Things were going almost perfect until I ran into my first drone error.
I noticed that the drone’s camera was working improperly after one of my mountain hiking video shoots. I noticed a tiny piece of the rotating camera had been detached, completely wiping its ability to perform the necessary tasks for my project. Luckily I had bought insurance for the drone so all damages were covered. Unfortunately however, the process to do so was very lengthy and ultimately cut off my project slightly earlier, preventing me from doing several trails I had planned on doing. My project ultimately has been shrunk by this. Additionally, I struggled with only having 1 battery for the drone. After buying an extra, I was told the order could not be completed. Due to their containment of lithium, the drone’s company struggles to send them to my region, so I was left with only 1 battery to complete the project. Regardless, I worked around these issues and have maximized my projects quality.
