Independent Research

Students at Deerfield engage in their own independent research, sometimes as part of an advanced science class, sometimes as part of a summer research project, and sometimes as part of an independent study.  Each spring, students showcase their work at our annual science symposium.  Some of the topics from the Spring 2015 symposium included:
