The Deerfield girls’ rowing team traveled to Saratoga Spring, NY to compete in the Saratoga Invitational.  This two day regatta provided an opportunity for every member of the team to race, many of them for the first time this season!  The racing on Saturday was 1500m long and included up to ten boats per race.  The Sunday racing was for the 1V and 2V and featured 2000m racing.  The weather cooperated and conditions were good

The Ultimate team had a great “games day” at NMH on Saturday, April 22.  The set of 3 games was a nice way for us to practice for upcoming tournaments.  Kass Gifford and Captain Jerry Huang shone in all three games, with Kass as a standout for speed and goals/assists, and Jerry for fine-tuned catching and pass placement.
