If your student is planning to leave for the Fall Family Weekend, please remind them that they must fill out the online Overnight Permission Request form no later than Wednesday, October 15. Parents/guardians are also required to email the Student Life Office confirming that they will be taking their student off campus.
Students will find this form on the E-SIGNOUT tab of DAInfo. Please be sure that their departure is after they fulfill all cocurricular obligations (athletic practices/competitions, performances, etc.). If you have any questions, please contact the Student Life Office.
