The vacation bus departure/return schedule for the school year is now available. Please refer to this schedule if families require school transportation for their child(ren) on the departure and return for the four school breaks. This is a first-come, first-served service, and we offer buses only to the listed destinations and only on the departure and return days. Please note that students are billed through their FACTS student account for bus service. They will also incur the charge if they fail to cancel within 48 hours of departure. This allows us to set a reasonable fare, as it is distributed among travelers, and to offer transportation to students who might otherwise remain on the waitlist. We will contact all students and ask them to sign up before the buses leave to secure a spot. Please contact the Student Life Office with any further questions about this service. For vacations and long weekends, students may not leave prior to their last regularly scheduled class, assessments, or cocurricular assignment; schedule changes should not be requested to accommodate travel plans. Dormitories close the day after school vacations begin and all students should arrange to be off campus by that time. The only exception is Long Winter Weekend, when all students must be off campus beginning on Thursday.
