National Honor for Young Poet

Aaron Bronfman ’15 has earned national recognition in The Scholastic Art & Writing Awards of 2015. He won a Gold Medal for his poem entitled “American Sex Drugs and Rock and Roll in the Age of the Amphetamine Salt.” He has been identified by panels of creative professionals as one of the most talented young artists and writers in the nation. This year, 300,000 works of art and writing were submitted. Only the top 1% were recognized at the national level. Aaron has been invited to attend a ceremony at the world-famous Carnegie Hall in June.
