Interviews typically occur by appointment only with either the Director of Human Resources or by Department Heads/Deans during open advertised searches. Interviews may include testing to demonstrate clerical or computer skills.
The Academy’s benefits are provided based upon employee classification. Employees who are scheduled to work over 1000 hours per year, or for positions that work greater than 0.5 full-time equivalency, are eligible for all group benefit plans and coverage after certain plan-specific waiting periods.
