Volunteers to Assist Decorating Committee - Centerpiece Creation

Tuesday, 12/17 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.

Wednesday, 12/18 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.

Thursday, 12/19 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.

Please note; we will contact you with assignment details after participation is reviewed.

Volunteer Set up - Friday, December 20th. Includes, moving tables & chairs, decorating, and other miscellaneous preparations.

11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

12:30 - 2:00 p.m.

2:00 - 4:00 p.m.

Volunteer Clean up - Saturday, December 21st. Includes moving tables, chairs, and decoration removal, etc. to return the dining hall to its original configuration.

8:00 - 9:00 a.m.

9:00 - 11:00 a.m.
