Fall Family Weekend

FALL FAMILY WEEKEND OCTOBER 20-22, 2017

*Tentative Schedule*

If anyone is interested in a hotel room at the Hampton Inn in Greenfield, MA a room has opened up.

3 primary action steps …
1) register
2) pick-a-time to meet teachers/advisors,
3) fill out overnight permission form if they’re taking children off campus

Parent/Teacher meet and greets are scheduled through “Pick-A-Time.” The sign up form will be available online Wednesday, October 4 at 12:00 pm and will close on Monday, October 16 at 12:00 pm.
• Please log in using credentials used last year or for new families, create an account with your email and a password of your choosing.
• Once you have logged in, please enter the following information:

Student Deerfield ID
Student Birthdate

• Available times will appear as colored blocks on the scheduler. Click on the blocks to schedule your appointments. We suggest a minimum of 15 minutes of passing time between each meeting to account for walking distance and appointments running late.

If you are having trouble logging on to the pickAtime site or scheduling meeting times, please contact Erin Donnally Drake, Assistant to the Academic Dean at edonnallydrake@deerfield.edu or (413)774-1470.
