Spring Family Weekend

Spring Family Weekend is just around the corner!  On May 6th-8th, we will be attending our students’ “mini-classes” (Friday 8am-1:10pm), sporting events, performing arts showcases, and more….

Some highlights:

  • Margarita Curtis, Head of School, will welcome all and share her “state of the school” perspectives giving us updates on academics, faculty and student affairs on Friday at 10am
  • All-School Sing (required for all students) is at 8:45pm this year on Friday evening in the Hess Center Auditorium.
  • Junior Class parents’ college advising session with featured speaker, Christoph Guttentag, Dean of Admission at Duke University, is at 11am on Saturday in the Garonzik Auditorium in the Koch Center.
  • “Home Game” athletic contests from 2:45pm through 6pm on Saturday. Please check particular team schedules for specific times and locations.

Unlike our Fall Family Weekend, students do not have Monday off.  Students may however request overnight permission to be off campus on Saturday night.  It is necessary to request permission in advance so please email the Dean of Students office no later than Friday, April 22nd if interested.  Sunday evening curfew for Freshmen and Sophomores is 7:45pm and 9:45pm for Juniors and Seniors.

Please take a moment to look at the entire weekend and register by Friday, April 22nd.

Looking forward to seeing you there.
