Stephanie Vassar

Stephanie Vassar (Olchowski) has returned to Deerfield Academy as an assistant coach for the girl's ice hockey team. Stephanie was a tri-varsity tri-captain during her tenure at the Big Green playing field hockey, ice hockey and lacrosse. She went on to be a four year starter for the Boston College Women's Ice Hockey team where her defensive skills helped the Eagles bring home three Beanpot Championships and make multiple Hockey East and NCAA tournament appearances. Following her time at Boston College Stephanie received her degree in veterinary medicine from the University of Pennsylvania and founded her practice, Great Falls Equine and Veterinary Services, in 2015. She and her husband Eric reside in Gill, Massachusetts.
