Raymond DeMartino

Associate Director of Admissions/ Assistant Athletic Director

Raymond graduated from Hamilton College in 2007 with a degree in Government and minor in Religious Studies.  After studying abroad in Germany upon graduation, he joined the faculty at Berkshire School, teaching History, working in the Kenefick Learning Center and coaching football, baseball and basketball.  From there, Ray spent the next 6 years coaching at the college level at Trinity College and Rhodes College.  At Trinity, Ray coached the tight ends and won the 2012 NESCAC conference championship.  In his three seasons at Trinity, Ray finished with a 22-2 overall record.  At Rhodes, Ray coached the offensive line and tight ends, won the 2013 SAA conference championship and had an overall record of 20-10 in three seasons.  Prior to joining the faculty at Deerfield, Ray worked for NCSA (Next College Student Athlete) consulting and guiding high school football players in their college recruiting process.
