Margaret Mack made her professional operatic debut in the world premiere of David Lang’s Modern Painters at the Santa Fe Opera (NM). She went on to appear with the company in the world premiere performance, recording, and PBS national telecast of Tobias Picker’s opera Emmeline. Selected operatic appearances include the Overseer in Elektra with Washington National Opera,  Violetta in La Traviata with the Mid-Columbia Symphony in Richland, Washington, and Donna Anna in Don Giovanni with Aspen Opera Theatre in Colorado. She has performed Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony with Honolulu Symphony, Los Angeles Chorale, and London Consort in the UK. With the West Bohemian State Orchestra in the Czech Republic, she sang Strauss Lieder and returned to perform American Songs and Arias. In May of 2014, she sang Mendelssohn’s Elijah in Saint Louis, MO and returned last year to sing Brahms Ein Deautsches Requiem. An accomplished recitalist and oratorio soloist, she has sung over 50 Masses and Oratorios throughout the United States and UK.
