Many thanks to Melissa Mitrovic ’19 for virtually joining this week’s LEAD session! Melissa was a two-year two-sport varsity student-athlete at Deerfield in basketball and rowing and, went on to row collegiately at Texas where she helped the team capture multiple national titles before going on to work at Nike. Melissa shared many lessons and advice among them included lessons learned as a student-athlete at Deerfield and collegiately at Texas. She encouraged students learn from one-another and to embrace change and use it as an opportunity for self-growth! Many thanks, Melissa!
