The Deerfield varsity baseball team split a doubleheader on the road against Mt. St. Charles Academy in Woonsocket, RI, on Saturday. Deerfield lost the first game 5-2 and rebounded to win the second game 9-4. Henry Dorman pitched 3 2/3 scoreless innings in game 2 striking out 8. Jack Wahl-Cox picked up the win in relief, and Jackson Glazier got save. Offensively, Max Fukudome had three hits, while Hunter Henderson and Jack Welch had two hits and 2 RBI’s apiece.
