Deerfield served up a 6–1 victory over Loomis Chaffee on Tuesday, starting strong in doubles and never looking back. The #1 duo of Ryan & Zach breezed through 8–2, while #2 pair Kabir & Matteo ground out an 8–6 win (they are undefeated by the way!). At #3, Carter and Jasper kept the tiebreak drama alive with an 8–7 (7–3) triumph.
In singles, Ted at #4 and Luke at #5 each edged out 8–6 thrillers, while Jack, who represented Deerfield at the #1 spot, had a riveting 8-7 (7-2) victory. Meanwhile, Russell at #2 added an 8–5 win with a little star power, and Finn at #3 won handily (8–2) to continue his undefeated streak.
A good day of tennis for the boys, and two matches left to conclude the season!
