Deerfield defeated Salisbury today in a quick matchup at home. Salisbury had a thin lineup today, so only six matches were wrestled and DA took several forfeits. We still wrestled well – some wrestlers closed out matches quickly, others got a first win of the season, others fought hard and wrestled well despite a loss. Special mention to Deerfield’s senior lineup for completing their last regular wrestling seasons: Zavi Salomon-Fernandez, Nathan Blaya, David Peirce, Bronson Branch, Angel Paez, Shogo O’Connor, and Billy Tang all deserve a pat on the back!
