The Deerfield Doors battled valiantly against a strong St. Paul’s team on an unseasonably warm fall afternoon. Nicole Lefavour ’27 and Margot Harris ’29 led the Deerfield pack, with their green uniforms breaking up a sea of red and ensuring that St. Paul’s didn’t quite manage a perfect score against us. The rest of the runners raced hard, with twenty of them getting their season best time. Worth highlighting in particular are Emilia Perez ’29, Allegra Sandell ’27, Nyeema Warren ’27, Sabine Stevens ’27, and Amanda Kelsey ’27, all of whom beat their previous best time by around two minutes. We hope to continue building on this positive progress as we face down Choate next weekend!
