The team came into the weekend seeded 6th out of 8 in the Girls Class A tournament. Deerfield hosted the event along with the Class B tournament, the courts were full of teams and spectators all day/all weekend. The tournament is played in 7 flights, all #1’s play each other, all #2’s play each other etc. and then team points totals determine the final season ranking.
All the girls played at or above their seeding and we finished the weekend in 4th place behind Greenwich Academy, Hotchkiss and Winsor.

Alyssa Ho finished 2nd in the #2 flight
Khadija Elhaddad finished 2nd in the #3 flight
Jade Zimmerman finished 6th in the #4 flight
Alex Kelsey finished 5th in the #5 flight
Camila Cushman finished 7th in the #6 flight
Kate Chorske finished 5th in the #7 flight
We are seeded in the top 16 at Nationals in Philadelphia and open match play against Winsor on Friday morning at 10:20am.
