WR Noah Jones caught an 8 yard touchdown pass on the opening drive of the game to give Deerfield a 7-0 lead. TE Sam Carlson hauled in the 2nd passing touchdown of the game to give Deerfield a 14-0 lead going into halftime. QB Cortland Dicks scored from 6 yards out on 4th and goal in the 3rd quarter and RB Griffin Schutz ran one in from 15 yards out in the 4th quarter. QB Cortland Dicks had his best rushing and passing game of the season; he converted on several 3rd and long situations and contributed to 3 of the 4 touchdowns on the afternoon. The defense got their 2nd shutout of the season. LB Sam Carlson led the team with 3 sacks and was in on a lot of tackles. K Porter Hollen was 4/4 on extra points.
