Travelling up to NMH for their second game of the season, the new and improved DA Girls Reserves played hard and defeated the Hoggers 4-1. Sophia Knoblock knocked in the first goal for DA, and the team stayed on attack for most of the 1st half. Highlights of the half include a great corner serve by Lila Nottage to Allison Xia, who hit an amazing one touch, left foot shot into the net. Grace Honos also capitalized on a stellar leading pass from Anne Ott, giving DA a 3-0 halftime lead. Second half action featured right wing Kami Meier launching a well-placed cross onto the foot of striker Grace Honos, who then scored her 4th goal of the season. While NMH rallied to slip a ball into the DA net, the Big Green Reserves stayed strong to come away with their first win.
