Deerfield’s first game in the 2017 Class-A Seacoast Classic turned out to be a hard-fought contest against a strong and deep Milton squad. Nick Osarenren, Marios Bourtzonis and Bennett Pitcher all finished with double-digit points, while Sam Powell showed poise and good decision making at the point guard position. Deerfield kept the game close throughout, until Milton’s depth paid dividends in the final few minutes as they secured the win.
