The Interview

All applicants are required to complete an interview. On-campus visits include a student-led tour and an opportunity for both the applicant and their family to connect with a Deerfield Admission Officer. The interview visit experience lasts approximately 2 hours. While an on-campus visit is certainly the best way to get to know our campus and community, skype, phone, and off-campus interview opportunities are also available.

Available Dates: Monday through Saturday beginning September 12, 2019 through January 24, 2020.

(not available: November 9, November 20 through December 2, December 19 through January 4)

  • If you have submitted a Candidate Profile please schedule your visit by signing into your Admission Portal or by calling our office at 413-774-1400.
  • Applicants must be in our Deerfield admission database in order to schedule an interview. If you have not already, please fill out a Request for Information Form before scheduling your visit with us. Please note that interviews are only available for candidates applying for entry in the fall of 2020.
  • Once you have completed Step 1: Request for Information, please feel free to schedule your on-campus tour and Interview through our Online Calendar or call our office at 413-774-1400.

On-campus visit appointments between September and January are reserved for prospective candidates considering Deerfield enrollment in the fall of 2020. Students who are interested in exploring Deerfield within future admission cycles are invited to visit our campus after April 15th and throughout the summer months.
