The Alumni/Faculty house serves as the hospitality/communications center and will be open until midnight on Friday and Saturday. Go there to relax, read a paper, or check email.
Visit Deerfield Campus Stores. Hitchcock House, located on Albany Road in the heart of the campus, features Deerfield apparel, gifts, books, and supplies. The Athletic Store in the Gym offers team-specific and performance apparel in addition to more generic Deerfield gear. Hitchcock House and the Athletic Store will be open throughout the weekend. Due to contruction for the new Athletic Complex, we cannot guarantee access to the fitness center, indoor pool or other facilities in the gymnasiums. Additinoal details and updates will be posted as we draw closer to Reunions.
The nearest ATM is located in the basement break room of the Main School Building. There are also several banks just a short drive away in South Deerfield and Greenfield.
The air-conditioned library provides a cool and comfortable spot for relaxation on Friday and Saturday.

Computers are available in the Boyden Library and the Ephraim Williams living room. Most of the campus has wireless Internet access. Faxes may be sent to and from Ephraim Williams 2nd floor copy room, 413-772-1123.
Dress for the Weekend
Weekend dress is casual except for the Grand Classes and 50th dinner on Thursday and 50th dinner on Friday evening where a coat and tie for gentlemen is preferred. Plan your attire based on the activities you expect to participate in and be sure to check the weather forecast before you leave for the weekend. Don’t forget to bring along any sports gear you may require for afternoon activities.

There are two designated times during the weekend for Friends to meet. In addition to this location available at any time throughout the weekend. Please check your program upon arrival for more details.
Every effort will be made to house you with your classmates. If you are a late registrant or a last-minute “walk in,” this may not be possible. Sleeping arrangements: if space is available, appropriately aged children will have a separate room. Otherwise, sleeping bags and pillows are required.
In the event of rain on Saturday, alternative locations or cancellations will be posted on the message board in the Main School Building.
Lost and Found
The Registration Desk, located in the Main School Building, is the center for turning in or claiming lost and found objects.
An EMT will be available on Friday and Saturday from 4:00 pm until 8:00 am. In case of an emergency, call the Deerfield Security cell phone: 413-772-9880, or from a campus phone, dial 911.
Campus Security will guide you to the appropriate parking area. Handicapped parking will be provided. Please observe “No Parking” signs.
Due to the potential for becoming a nuisance to other guests or damage to our campus, we encourage you not to bring your pets to Reunions with the exception of trained service animals. If you are planning to bring any animal to campus, please receive approval from the Alumni Office prior to your arrival.

The bathrooms are located in all dormitories and all academic buildings. Handicapped-accessible bathrooms are located in the Main School Building, Ephraim Williams, and the Koch Center.
Universal, single bathrooms are located in the Arms Building basement, Kendall Classroom Building basement, Main School Building 3rd floor, Hess Center for the Arts (near the Hilson Gallery, near the Acting Lab B140 and on the 2nd floor), Boyden Library 1st floor, Koch Science Center 2nd floor, East Gym main lobby, West Gym lobby near ice rink, Ephraim Williams House 1st floor, Dining Hall off North Dining room, Health Center basement and first floor.
