Dress for the Weekend
Weekend dress is casual except for the Grand Classes and 50th dinner on Thursday and 50th dinner on Friday evening where a coat and tie for gentlemen is preferred. Plan your attire based on the activities you expect to participate in and be sure to check the weather forecast before you leave for the weekend.
Lists of current and former faculty attending Reunions will be available at the registration desk.
Friends of Bill W. and Dr. Bob
There are two designated times during the weekend for Friends to meet. Please check your program upon arrival for more details.
Every effort will be made to house you with your classmates. If you are a late registrant or a last minute “walk in,” this may not be possible. Each room will have basic amenities: a twin bed (or two, if it’s a “double” room), sheets, a blanket, two towels, soap and disposable cold drink cups. Remember — this is dorm living! Sleeping arrangements: if space is available, appropriately aged children will have a separate room. Otherwise, sleeping bags and pillows are required.
In the event of rain on Saturday, alternative locations or cancellations will be posted on the message board in the Main School Building.
If you arrive after the Registration Desk is closed, please call the Deerfield Security cell phone: 413-772-9880 to gain access to your room. Please make every effort to arrive by 11 pm on Friday or dormitory housing cannot be guaranteed.
Lost and Found
The Registration Desk, located in the Main School Building, is the center for turning in or claiming lost and found objects.
An EMT will be available on Friday and Saturday from 4:00 pm until 8:00 am. In case of an emergency, call the Deerfield Security cell phone: 413-772-9880, or from a campus phone, dial 911.
Deerfield Security will guide you to the appropriate parking area. Handicapped parking will be provided. Please observe “No Parking” signs.
Due to the potential for becoming a nuisance to other guests or damage to our campus, we encourage you not to bring your pets to Reunions with the exception of trained service animals. If you are planning to bring any animal to campus, please receive approval from the Alumni Office prior to your arrival.
Hours for the Registration Desk in the Main School Building will be determined soon.
Please make every effort to arrive by 11:00 pm on Friday or dormitory housing cannot be guaranteed.
