Hi, DA friends! A feature film I co-wrote and produced, A Spartan Dream, concluded its theatrical run in theaters in NYC, LA, SF, Chicago, and Detroit (it can be streamed now on AppleTV and Prime Video). It’s a romantic adventure based on life in my ancestral home, Sclavahori, a small village in Greece. The name of the village translates as “slave town,” derived from the Turks making slaves of the villagers during the Ottoman Empire. Also, as an actor, I have a recurring role on a new HBO comedy series titled The Chair Company with Tim Robinson of SNL. The shoot for the first season was a blast, and it promises to be a very funny (and unusual) show! It premieres in October. I hope the new school year is going well in Pocumtuck Valley.
