After the reunion, a few of us had the idea to possibly adopt some folks into the class. Deerfield told us that this was okay. We have recently adopted the following folks into our Class of 65:
Former teacher Bob Hammond
Former teacher/Headmaster Bob Kaufmann
Former football coach Jim Smith
Karen Flickinger, the widow of Ed
Anne Lozier, Deerfield’s Archivist
They will proudly wear the H’65 designation on any future nametag for any Deerfield events that they might attend. We are now a coed class, too!!
