Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Academy Receptionist will be the first source of welcome and information for visitors who enter the Academy’s Main School Building Lobby.
The primary duties of this part time, academic year position will be to: greet visitors, provide information to guests, answer the main Academy phone line and forward calls when needed, maintain familiarity with Academy events, employees and students, convey information to campus departments and individuals, and assist with general Human Resources communications and internal Human Resources website.
The successful candidate will possess a High School diploma or the equivalent, 3+ years’ experience in customer service, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, exceptional interpersonal verbal communication skills, personal computing skills, a strong sense of confidentiality and privacy, and a genuine interest in people.
