Overnight Permission Form

Use this form to request weekend overnight permissions.  Forms must be submitted no later than 9:45 pm on Wednesday–after which APs will be assigned. If your weekend slip is approved, find it here, print it, and tape it to your door.

This form is important, so we require you to login to use it. Choose "Login to Deerfield.edu" in the upper right corner of the screen.

You have missed the deadline to submit your request. If you file a weekend slip after Wednesday at 9:45pm, APs will be assigned. Please follow the late weekend request guidelines below.

Late Weekend Requests

If it is after Wednesday at 9:45pm but before Friday at 3pm, contact your class dean with late weekend requests.
