The WISP outlines information and data security policies and initiatives required to enhance information security.
This policy outlines the acceptable use of computing and information technology resources by students, faculty, and staff at Deerfield Academy.
Students are expected to use their Deerfield-issued laptop in class and for school work and are responsible for bringing it to the Help Desk for repair if it is not working properly.
Students are required to check the Daily Bulletin and Deerfield email (voicemail will be sent directly to email) on a daily basis. Faculty members and administrators of the school use these forms of electronic communication as a means of distributing messages to students.
These messages might be as simple as a change in homework assignment or as important as an announcement of a test/quiz or class cancellation.
If you have any questions about setting up or accessing your voicemail or email, please call the Help Desk at ext. 1444.
