Scheduling Events: Students
Students!  It takes just two easy steps to  add Group and Club events to the calendar, however, if your event requires catering, involves third parties from off-campus, or requires the the use of a reserved space (e.g. large aud, classrooms, memorial lobby, etc.), please follow this
more detailed Academy Calendar Request procedure.
- Check the calendar and review events and meetings that have already been scheduled.  If your event/meeting is at the same time as another event, you’ll need to consider whether the conflict will affect attendance or otherwise inconvenience students and faculty.  Please also check the location of your event and make sure the space is available.
- Submit your request through the form below.  If your event is approved, it will be posted on the calendar within a few days.
