Deerfield started the second half with a lot of energy. But unfortunately Exeter managed to put one in during the 55th minute. Deerfield continued to take shots, but Exeter took control of the game in the 75th minute when their lead striker’s shot from outside the 18’ found the back of the net. Deerfield held off the Exeter attack for the rest of the game, which ended 0-3. The stats showed 8 shots for Deerfield and 12 for Exeter.
