In a must-win game, Deerfield came out flat for the second game in a row, and was never able to get it together against a strong Loomis squad. Thus, we fall just short of earning a playoff berth, and finish our season at 14-9-2. Hats off to our seniors: Jamie Haddad, Shelbi Kilcollins, Alanna McDonough, Victoria Serra, and Julie Wardwell for their outstanding leadership all season long. They have made a profound and lasting impact on the Deerfield Girls’ Hockey Program, and will be greatly missed.Â
