B JV Squash vs. Taft – Home

A big win for the Boys in Green this afternoon on the Dewey courts!  Earlier in the season, the Taft squad handed us a defeat 4-3 by sweeping the bottom four spots on the ladder and demonstrating great depth and skill in the process.  Today, both squads demonstrated great sportsmanship and some truly solid squash up and down the ladder.  Joe pulled out a fantastic 5 game victory at #2, George ran hard to win 3-0 at #1, Justin pulled things together to win 3-1 at #4 and Augie fought a scrappy battle to win 3-1 at #5.  All others played hard but came up short against a talented opponent.  I was very pleased with everyone’s efforts and attitudes today, they played a great match!  Next up is a rematch against a dominant Choate squad, wish us luck!
