B JV Squash vs. Andover – Away

The match against Andover is one that I always look forward to.  Their boys are polite, well-coached and it seems that all players leave the courts feeling good about their efforts and the sportsmanship displayed.  Today’s match was no exception and while the overall score was one-sided, most of the individual matches were quite close and both squads put forth their best efforts.  The results: Jamie won in 3, George won in 4, Francis won in 4 tight games, Connor played his best squash of the year and took it in 4, Schlacks won in 3, Eddie won in 4 tight games and Augie won in three.  In exhibition play, Charlie won in 5 very close games and Luke took a victory in four games.  Many thanks to our hosts, it was a really nice afternoon of JV squash!  Next up is an away match against the always talented rhinos of Taft!
