Job Posting: Assistant Director of the Annual Fund

Reporting to the Director of the Annual Fund, the Assistant Director of the Annual Fund will work as a member of the Alumni and Development team to help reach yearly Annual Giving Campaign goals.

Primary responsibilities include managing all fundraising activities for classes 1-15 years out from Deerfield with emphasis on the 5th, 10th and 15th reunions.  Additionally, recruiting and training volunteers to engage their class, identifying and soliciting 1797 society level prospects in assigned classes, manage the Green and White Program with the current senior class, cultivate areas with young alumni, plan and host events, gatherings, meetings and assist with on and off campus events.

Qualifications should include a Bachelors degree, previous experience in Development or similar industry, ability to work independently, ability to work with both reunion and non-reunion classes to meet Annual giving dollar goals, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to travel up to 20% annually.
