Job Posting: Alumni Web Services and RSVP Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of Administrative Services for Alumni Development, the Alumni Web Services and RSVP Coordinator will support the fundraising and alumni relations efforts of Deerfield Academy through coordination of the Alumni website and all department invitations, replies and related reporting.

Responsibilities include coordinating invitation production and distribution; event attendance tracking; email follow-up; database input and reporting of response and attendance statistics for all Alumni and Development events; enforcing Academy (mass) email policies and creative standards ensuring online communications, interfaces and interactions appear accurate, relevant and timely to our constituency; working with other campus departments to ensure timely and accurate printed and emailed invitations and follow-ups; review, edit and publish Class Notes; training and supporting new and continuing users on broadcasting email tool (currently Exact Target). In addition, this position will also track and code email bounce backs and opt-outs within existing database and create, post and maintain page content as needed including posting photos from Alumni Development Flickr account.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years experience in website maintenance, analysis and reporting or similar industry experience with Image Editing, and Graphic Design, HTML, WordPress, Skype and bulk email applications. Experience with gravity forms and Ellucian Banner products desirable. Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are essential.
