Note: For vacations and long weekends, students may not leave prior to their last regularly scheduled class, exam, or co-curricular assignment; schedule changes should not be requested to accommodate travel plans.  Dormitories close the day after school vacations begin and all students should arrange to be off campus by that time.

The following weekends are “closed” to overnight travel for students: September 16-17, January 13-16, May 4-5, and May 25-26.

We recommend that you make travel reservations early for Parents Weekends and Commencement.  Commencement in 2012-2013 will be Saturday and Sunday, May 25 and 26, 2013.
