Robert Moorhead has a BFA, 1967, and an MFA, 1969, from Carnegie-Mellon University. He taught at Union College as an Assistant Professor of the Arts from 1972-76 before joining the faculty at Deerfield.
As a graphic designer, painter, and instructor of architecture, he has over thirty years of experience in education and the arts. He and his wife Andrea, poet and instructor of French, designed, edited and wrote the Academy's pictorial history: Deerfield 1797-1997. Bob is currently represented by the Leila Taghinia-Milani Gallery in New York City.
