Beth's first job at Deerfield was as Dean of Admission and Financial Aid. She served in this role from 1991-1996, leaving after the birth of her second child. Beth returned to Deerfield in 2002 as a college advisor. In the years away from Deerfield, Beth volunteered as a CASA (court-appointed special advocate) on behalf of children in foster care, and worked part-time in the Smith College Advancement Office. Since 2002 Beth has enjoyed helping Deerfield students and parents navigate the college admission process.
