Cindy received her degree in electrical engineering from Xi'an Jiao Tong University in Xi'an, China. For four years she worked at the Ningxia Electric Power Company in Ningxia, China. She then spent seven years as a software engineer for the Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences in Beijing before coming to the United States and working as a software analyst for the Ford Credit Company.
