While at Brown, Casey double majored in Biology and Economics, worked as a teaching assistant and tutor, and rowed for the highly successful Brown Women’s Varsity Crew Team, which won the NCAA National Championship her freshman and senior years.   Casey’s efforts for her team also earned her All Ivy and All American honors as well as the role of captain her senior year.  During her college summers, Casey worked as a river guide, leading rafting trips into the Grand Canyon for Colorado River and Trail Expeditions.  A tri-varsity athlete at St. Paul’s School, Casey is well acquainted with boarding school life and eager to re-enter this world as a teacher and coach.
