			<content:encoded><![CDATA[Deerfield is pleased to welcome Keith Finan as its new CFO and Associate Head for Finance, commencing August 1. For the past eighteen years, Keith has served as Associate Provost at Williams College, managing the financial affairs of the college and serving as a liaison between the Provost and other college departments. Prior to his appointment as Associate Provost, Keith held other positions at Williams as Assistant Provost, Assistant Registrar, and Lecturer in Economics. Earlier in his career, he worked as a manager for the Hospital Association of New York State, and as an instructor in the Department of Economics and Business at Lafayette College. Keith holds a BA in Economics from Miami University in Ohio, and an MA in Economics from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

For many years, Keith and his family have been an integral part of the Williams community. His wife, Laurie, is a professor of psychology at Williams, his son is a Williams student, and his daughter is a 2009 graduate of Dickinson College. Please join us in welcoming Keith and his family into the Deerfield community!]]></content:encoded>
