Please note: No alcohol is to be brought onto campus or consumed in the dormitories. Consumption of alcohol is ONLY to take place in the tent or designated reception site while the bar is open.

Visit the newly combined Deerfield Campus Stores. Hitchcock House, located on Albany Road in the heart of the campus, features Deerfield apparel, gifts, books, and supplies. The Athletic Store in the Gym offers team-specific and performance apparel in addition to more generic Deerfield gear. Norm and Dottie will be on hand to help you select old uniforms and merchandise from the annual “Tag Sale.” The stores will be open Thursday afternoon, all day Friday and Saturday, and Sunday morning.
Deerfield’s fitness center will be open during the weekend, hours will be available at registrtion. The Koch Pool will be open on Saturday afternoon, provided that life guards are available. (Please bring your own towel.) Tennis courts will be available throughout the weekend. Additional details on Deerfield’s athletic facilities are available online.
There are no ATMs on campus, but one can be found at the Deerfield Inn. They are also several banks just a short drive away in South Deerfield and Greenfield.
The air-conditioned library provides a cool and comfortable spot for relaxation on Friday and Saturday.

To check email, there will be computers available in the Frank L. and Helen Childs Boyden Library as well as the Ephraim Williams livingroom. Most of the campus (excluding dorms) has wireless Internet access; dorm rooms have wired network connections. Faxes may be sent to and from Ephraim Williams House, 413-772-1123. There will be a message board in the Ephraim Williams House.
Weekend dress is casual except for the 50th dinner on Friday evening where a coat and tie for gentlemen is preferred. Plan your attire based on the activities you expect to participate in and be sure to check the weather forecast before you leave for the weekend. Don’t forget to bring along any sports gear you may require for afternoon activities.
Lists of current and former faculty attending Reunions will be available at the Registration desk; a complete directory of Deerfield employees and selected faculty biographies are available online.
The English office in the Arms Building will be available at any time during the weekend.
Every effort has been made to house you with your classmates. If you area late registrant or a last-minute “walk-in” this may not be possible. Sleeping arrangements: If space is available, appropriately aged children will have a separate room. Otherwise, sleeping bags with pillows are required. Bathrooms are gender specific.
The Registration Desk, located in the Main School Building, is the center for turning in or claiming lost and found objects.
An EMT/ambulance will be available on Friday and Saturday evenings. In case of an emergency, call the Deerfield Security cell phone: 413-772-9880, or from a campus phone, dial 9911.
Once you arrive on campus, Security personnel will guide you to the appropriate parking area. Handicapped parking will be available. Please observe NO PARKING signs! The Town of Deerfield will be ticketing violators!
No pets of any kind are allowed.

Men’s and women’s bathrooms are located in the downstairs of the Main School Building, the Dining Hall, Ephraim Williams, the Arms Building, the Koch Center, and the Memorial Building. Handicapped-accessible bathrooms are located in the Main School Building, the Memorial Building, Ephraim Williams, and the Koch Center.

Be sure to check the weather forecast before you leave for the weekend. Most activities are rain or shine. Any activities cancelled due to weather will be posted on the message board in Ephraim Williams. If golf needs to be cancelled, there will be a phone message at 413-774-1514 as well.
