Alumni Association

Community Spirit is not something a school can learn. It is something a school either has or does not have. Deerfield, however, has something even stronger than community. It has family—a quality we should be both proud and thankful for.

The Alumni Association of Deerfield Academy is made up of every former student of the Academy, including those who left Deerfield prior to graduation for any reason, and former exchange students. Once you’ve attended Deerfield, you’ll always have a place here. There are no membership fees or dues.

Deerfield’s Alumni Association is a vast and varied group, reaching around the world and through the last century. We now have alums living in over 25 foreign countries. Deerfield graduates have entered nearly every possible career field, from Archaeology to Zoology.

The nearly 15,000 members of the Alumni Association are a remarkable group of men and women and form an incredible network. Nearly each one of us can claim to have ‘run into’ another Deerfield alumnus/a at some point in the recent past.

We are trying hard to create events and programs that will appeal to all ages as well as offering different services to our alumni. While we can’t promise to use every suggestion, we welcome your ideas and look forward to hearing from you.
