Schedule Change Requests
All students wishing to request a change in their classes must complete our online Schedule Change Request Form (below). Prior to completing it, students need approval of the classroom teachers and advisors. If there is a disagreement, Chairs of the relevant departments should be consulted. When Chairs cannot resolve the issues, they will consult the Director of Studies. No course changes will be made until students have secured the appropriate approval. Requests will be processed in the order in which completed forms are received..
